About Barden Electric, Inc.
Based in Southern California, Barden Electric, Inc. was established out of a direct need from one of our legacy customers for continuity and quality of service provided by Lee Barden. The company was founded on principles that focus on connecting with our customers to determine exact needs, employing an effective and professional workforce, and delivering a rapid response and resolution.
Officially created in 1996, but garnered with decades of industry experience, Barden Electric, Inc. offers complete electrical contracting services to Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, and Data Center clients. In addition to all electrical aspects of the construction phase, BEI provides installation of Data Networks, Audio and Video System Cabling.
Barden Electric, Inc. stays current with industry workforce training, code compliance, and safety requirements. We maintain our own fleet of service vehicles that are equipped with the best tools of the trade

With quality, integrity, and professionalism, we provide the design and implementation you need. We offer Design/Build, Engineering Consultation, Power Quality Surveys, Testing, and Estimating services to provide seamless integration on all facets of your project.
OUR FOUNDER AND LEADERSHIP TEAM
Lee Barden is President and Founder of Barden Electric, Inc. He established the company in 1996 after a successful tenure with Lawrence Electrical Construction as their Vice President and Commercial Construction Project Manager. Lee is known for, and sought after in the industry for, his expansive knowledge of the National Electric Code partnered with his ability to progressively and creatively resolve challenging applications. His unique approach has provided custom Design Build for large scale projects with timely delivery, accurate budgetary estimating, and regulatory compliance. Electrical construction expertise includes projects for customers in the Aerospace, Healthcare, Data Centers, Food Service and Industrial Labs industries. His career began as an apprentice and he worked through the ranks while also attending LA Trade Tech and El Camino College for continuing education in both business and trade related courses. He is an active member of NFPA, IAEI and ABC.
President and Founder
Anthony Giesing performs several key roles for Barden Electric. In his position as the Operations Manager, Anthony manages the scheduling of manpower and procurement of material as well as being the “go to” guy for internal technological operations.
As Senior Estimator, he is well versed in accurately assessing needs and cost for electrical projects ranging from large new construction on commercial applications to complex residential and service related projects.
Anthony has been a member of the Barden team since 2002. Prior to that he had an extensive career in computer technology and software. By applying his past experience, Anthony is successfully implementing process improvements at Barden Electric to provide more streamlined response to service requests, field communication, and overall improved comprehensive bid preparation.
Steve is a key part of the office team. As a Project Manager, he has helped Barden Electric with their move into the digital era. He has spearheaded the creation of a digital forms process, as well as creating a team site to host all of Barden’s vital field information. His role requires him to be involved in all facets of the job, spanning from bidding and job initiation to job closeout. Steve graduated at the top of his class, with his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. He started his career in the industry as a field tech, giving him the ability to successfully coordinate and communicate with the field. His leadership skills and technological background give Barden Electric the support they need to excel in the Electrical Construction industry.
Carol Melero is a crucial team member and she manages the internal processes at Barden Electric, Inc. A member of the Barden team since 2017, Carol has twenty-five years of Industrial Administration Management experience, providing Barden with the knowledge needed to run the office. Carol’s background has contributed enormously with supporting and implementing Barden Electric’s vision, To Build a respected company that we are all proud of. Her welcoming and charming personality helps keep the office and field personnel doing their best.
